AIXport is currently a pre-incorporation business project based in Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is not yet a registered legal entity. References to “AIXport,” “we,” or “us” mean the founding team operating the AIXport project.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily submit through demo and newsletter forms, including your name, work email, company, role, product, HS code, exporting country, target markets, business questions, constraints, competitors, and preferred contact method.
Hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, pages visited, and security logs.

We may use providers such as Vercel for website hosting and Resend for email delivery and contact management. These providers may process data outside the UAE under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, meet obligations, and protect the service. Newsletter contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The current website uses only necessary browser storage to remember whether you dismissed the privacy notice and support essential site functions. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and consent controls will be updated before activation.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us. Rights depend on the laws applicable to your location and our processing.
